Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your Viking Soulmate Sketch. This policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one. It applies to purchases made at vikingsoulmatesketch.com.

1. Technical Failure

If your payment was successfully charged but you did not receive a working, high-resolution version of your portrait and reading due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund, or, if you prefer, we will regenerate your portrait at no additional cost. Contact us at support@vikingsoulmatesketch.com with your order details.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

Because each portrait is uniquely generated from your answers, results can vary. If you're unhappy with the artistic result you received, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@vikingsoulmatesketch.com. We will, at our discretion, either regenerate your portrait with adjusted input or issue a refund. We ask that you give us the chance to make it right via regeneration first where reasonable, but a refund remains available if you're still not satisfied.

Email support@vikingsoulmatesketch.com with the email address used at checkout and, if available, your order/confirmation reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, we ask that you contact us directly first — most issues can be resolved quickly this way. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of your access to future purchases.
