Viking Soulmate Sketch generates an illustrated, AI-assisted portrait and accompanying written "reading" based on answers you provide in a short quiz, styled with Norse/Viking Age visual themes. This is a novelty and entertainment product. It does not predict the future, identify a real person, provide matchmaking or dating services, or offer any factual claim about your romantic life. Any resemblance between a generated portrait and any real person, living or dead, is coincidental — the images are synthetically generated and are not photographs of real individuals.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18.
3. Purchases
The Service offers a one-time digital purchase (currently priced as displayed at checkout) that unlocks a high-resolution version of your generated portrait and reading. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice for future purchases. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Portraits and readings are generated using third-party artificial intelligence image-generation technology combined with our own text logic. AI-generated content can occasionally produce unexpected, inconsistent, or imperfect results despite our efforts to guide it. We do not guarantee that any specific output will match your expectations, and generation is provided "as is."
